PROPERTIES:

The colors are ready to use, just mix them with a stick before use.

The colors are miscible between them.

DRYING TIME FOR COLORS, MEDIUMS AND FIRE FOR DECORATIVE USE: 72 hours with light washing without soaking.

BAKING OF ALL COLORS, MEDIUMS AND FIREWORKS IN THE RANGE FOR DISHWASHING: 35 minutes at 150°C (stabilized temperature) in a domestic oven, after a minimum of 24 hours of drying.

SUPPORTS: porcelain, earthenware, ceramic...

Pyrex", "Arcopal" or equivalent substrates should not be used. DILUTION: Porcelain thinner 150.

OPACITY : translucent or opaque colors.

FINISH: glossy.

MAINTENANCE (of decorated surfaces): after firing, resistant to dishwasher, alcohols, solvents and usual detergents.

For better resistance/durability, wash in ECO cycle and ideally place in the top basket.

BRUSHES: Cobra Deco or Iris brushes from Pébéo

CLEANING BRUSHES: with soapy water.

APPLICATION :

Porcelaine 150 can be applied to porcelain, earthenware, as well as to most surfaces that can be heated to 150°C.

The choice of the support and the tools used allows to play on the effects, the transparency and the intensity of the colors.

Porcelaine 150 brings professional enamel within reach of everyone with a generation of colors that can be fixed by simple firing at 150°C, i.e. in any domestic oven.

Mix the product with a stick before use.

The colors can be applied directly on a support degreased with alcohol or soapy water.

After 24 hours of drying, place the realization in the cold oven.

Once the temperature of 150°C is reached, let cook for 35 minutes.

The colors take a real enamel aspect and resist to the passage in the dishwasher (according to recommendations of the label).

Only the surfaces not intended to be put in contact with food must be decorated.

Nevertheless, migration tests carried out by an accredited laboratory have shown that accidental contact of the decorated areas with food does not represent a health hazard.
